| Our boiler gas valve broke last Friday. Despite me contacting him late on Friday evening, CGS (David) phoned back on Saturday morning to check we had hot water and to say he would be around at 8am on Monday morning to confirm his diagnosis and to order the part. He turned up on time and his intuition was correct. |
| Over the weekend we also discovered we had a faulty immersion heater thermostat, which we mentioned to David on Monday. He sourced and installed a replacement later the same day! Today the gas valve part arrived and it was fitted this morning without fuss. |
